Ultra-Care Xtra is an alternating pressure mattress designed to give pressure relief for patients weighing up to 700 pounds. There are a total of nine rectangular cells with a foam inner core to reduce the risk of bottoming out. The foam core cells also give support in the event of power failure. The cells are profected by a layer of high-density antibacterial foam which helps distribute weight and provides uniform comfort. The mattress cover is nylon to reduce friction and is incontinent proof.
